Meet Courtney Thompson - Courtney joined ChoiceOne as Operations Manager in 2020 with over 12 years of experience working in customer service, and over five of those years in management. Today, she manages back-office operations which includes arranging and confirming appointments, maintaining databases, organizing documents and files, and assisting advisors. Currently, Courtney is pursuing her Associate of Business Administration in Management at Davenport University in Grand Rapids. She also volunteers at Lionheart Productions, a performing arts theater in Grant, as a music director and piano accompanist.
