Mandy Brooks is promoted to Grant Branch Manager (West Market)
Brooks joined ChoiceOne Bank as Branch Manager of the Coopersville Branch in 2022. Brooks has 17 years of banking experience with two local financial institutions starting as Lead Teller, progressing to Loan Originator and advancing to Branch Manager.
Active in her community, Brooks volunteers for the Coopersville Car Show, Coopersville Kid’s Fest, John Ball’s Zoo Goes Boo event, and cleanup of the Grand Rapids Fred Meijer White Pine Trail State Park. She has also volunteered stocking donated items at North Kent Connect and helped to prepare and serve meals at Pilgram Bible Church in Cedar Springs.
Britney German is promoted to Norton Branch Manager (West Market)
German joined ChoiceOne as a Teller in 2020. She was promoted to Universal Banker in 2021, to Assistant Branch Manager of the North Muskegon Branch in 2022 and Branch Manager of the North Muskegon Branch earlier this year.
Supporting her community as a volunteer, German is active in the Muskegon Rescue Mission’s annual Fill The Bowl – B2B Luncheon, Muskegon Bike Time and provides loan education at Orchard View Adult Education. She completed the Community Bankers of Michigan Emerging Leaders Program in 2024.
Kimberly Ramirez is promoted to Coopersville Branch Manager (West Market)
Ramirez joined ChoiceOne five years ago as a Part-Time Teller in Kent City. She progressed to a Universal Banker in 2021 and was promoted to Coopersville Assistant Branch Manager in 2023. Volunteering in her community, Ramirez is a member of the Rotary Club of Coopersville. She also sits on the Coopersville Cares Board of Directors.
Sarah Kluchkovskiy joins ChoiceOne as North Muskegon Branch Manager (West Market)
Kluchkovskiy joins ChoiceOne with 10 years of banking experience with three local financial institutions. She began her career as a Personal Banker, progressed to Relationship Banker, and most recently was Member Experience Manager overseeing two branch locations.
Kluchkovskiy has her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo. She has been involved with the United Way of the Lakeshore and events at Reeths-Puffer Schools in Muskegon.
