Mobile Banking FAQs

Mobile wallet is a virtual wallet that stores payments information. This allows you to make card-free payments with the use of your mobile device. Examples of mobile wallets are Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.  

Touch ID is a fingerprint authentication built right into the home button of your smart phone. 

Yes! If you have a smart phone with access to either the Google Play store, Apple App store (compatible with certain software levels)

If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use the Mobile Banking app! Simply log into the mobile app with your online banking credentials. One the mobile app you can: 

  • check your balance 
  • enable and disable cards 
  • make mobile deposits 
  • view account history 
  • locate a location nearest you 
  • and much more!

The Available Balance will reflect any items that have been presented for payment on the account, please note that additional items are able to be withdrawn from the account throughout the business day. The Current Balance will reflect the balance that the account was at on the prior day
